DASL referees are all certified officials managed by a referee coordinator. For A division games 3 referees are used for B and C division games 2 referees are assigned. The primary purpose of the referee is to make sure games are conducted safely. The current referee coordinator is Jim Walshe. Jim can be contacted at (925) 736-9080. When players received yellow or red cards the infractions are reviewed by the Disciplinary Chairperson who determines if that player will be suspended based on the infraction.
