Take 680 to Sycamore Valley exit.

Go East on Sycamore (to your right if you are going North on 680, left if you are going South on 680).

Travel about 3 miles, Sycamore turns into Camino Tassajara, the park will be on the left. Turn into the park on Holbrook Dr. (there is a stoplight).

There are three fields, field #1 is the grass field at the top of the park, field #2 the artificial turf field furthest from the parking lot, field #3 is in the artificial turf field closest to the parking lot.
