City Rep Reports:

Danville:  Christine Helmer

·        The last two Sundays there have been 3 forefits (the same team twice) due to problems with referees.  For the Fall session, Danville has had a total of 6 referee related forefits.  Recommend referee scheduling consider how all referees can have two games per day, not just one.

·        Danville is considering forming a committee to come up with a solution to the referee problem.  Possibilities include:  having more referees in the pool; changing the forefit/reschedule by-laws; and having all teams with certified referees on their rosters.

·        Internationals forefited two games because they did not bring player passes.  (It was noted that a team with three forefits can be dropped from the league.)
