7:41 PM League Reports
Disciplinary
Chairmen’s Report; Hans Rothkehl
Hans stated that the
San Ramon League Club website
notes the players from DASL with yellow and/or red cards (a link from the DASL
site exists). If the pass has not been mailed back by Hans then do not create a
new one for those players. If there is an excuse like “I lost my pass” check
the website, if there is not a date on the table, the pass has not been mailed
back. These are now available on the DASL site. It is no longer necessary to go
to the San Ramon League Club site.
Hans also reminded
everyone to make sure that the game cards are filled out correctly. City reps need to make sure they are filled out correctly.
It was noted that Hans has been making this same statement for many years and
that it is time that everyone make this happen.
Operations Report;
Wes Motschmann
Wes reported that the
“schedule” is completed. Initially he had planned to fill in the times and
fields, however, he found that to be almost impossible. The solution was to
create the schedule and ask the city/team reps to fill in the times and fields.
At this time San Ramon,
Registrar/Treasurer
Reports; Pam Blessington
Pam noted the DASL
account balance is $3865.10.

notification of insurance coverage to be accepted.
Karl also reported that
he will be sending 3 versions of the master rosters to Pam and will be turning
in all the old cards.
It was also noted
that the 39ers will change their name but it is unknown at this time (later
found to be the Storm).
San Ramon, Mike Dunne
Mike had nothing to
report.
Linda indicated that
St. Mary’s College will need to be on the list for the insurance certificate.
There was question as to whether the address is needed.
Linda also asked that

8:15 PM Old/Unfinished Business
Insurance
costs will be covered by fees paid in the fall 2002. Insurance costs for 2004
will be addressed in the fall 2003.
There
was discussion around the proposed disciplinary rule change, the proposal being;
if a player has been notified that they need to turn there pass in, they have 8
days from the date the notice was mailed to get the pass to Hans. If the pass
is not received by Hans by that time, the team will have to forfeit each game
after that limit until the pass is received. Further discussion is needed
before this will be finalized.
